Compilation of all pihole config into one folder to allow git version control

Just an idea, but i thought it might be neat if all pihole config (white/black lists, cron jobs, settings etc) we stored in one folder (rather than spread around the file system) it could then be 'backed up' to a git repo. That way additional piholes could be quickly rolled out. Or a fresh pihole could be quickly brought up to speed after crash. In a 'production' setting, a git repo could provide a useful audit of settings/config.

These settings are backed up now with a teleporter export. Except for the cron jobs, since those installed for Pi-hole are restored when you update or reintall Pi-hole.
