Client list mysteriously blanked out

When I ran the dig command, this is what I get in return:

Run this command, then get the last few lines of the FTL log: echo ">reresolve" | nc localhost 4711. After doing that (and refreshing the web interface), is the hostname of the client still blank? If so, also share the output of this command: echo ">top-clients" | nc localhost 4711
