Can't update to 4.1.1

Since nothing has changed in that directory, run the following:

cd /
sudo rm -rf /etc/.pihole
sudo git clone https://github.com/pi-hole/pi-hole /etc/.pihole

That will recreate the entire local repository and should be up to date.
