Can't Connect to Pi Hole through web browser

Expected Behaviour:

Should be able to connect through the three addresses for Pi Hole.
http://pi.hole/admin/ or http:///admin/ or http://pi.hole/

Actual Behaviour:

Can't connect at all, is showing nothing

I dont have a raspberry pi 4, I am using a raspberry pi 3 B+
