Can't block this pesky advertisement

Expected Behaviour:

advertisement should not show

Actual Behaviour:

Advertisement is showing.

Ubuntu 20.04
Pi-hole v5.1.2 Web Interface v5.1.1 FTL v5.2

Please see attached screenshot of advertisement. It keeps popping up wherever I go.
How do I drill down into the web code to find out what domain needs to be blocked. I have web developer.
