Can't access PiHole admin panel (Lubuntu 19.04 under VMware player)

Expected Behaviour:

access to pihole admin server and verifying that is indeed running (so i'll be able to finish configuring it).

i can ping the VM ip, but cannot access IP/admin under browser.
