Cannot get past the welcome prompt

When installing pi-hole, the main command " curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | bash" will not work.

So I am trying "curl -sSL https://install.pi-hole.net | sudo PIHOLE_SKIP_OS_CHECK=true bash"

Which does take me a step further to the "Pi-Hole Automated Installer" but when I click enter on the keyboard to continue, it does not let me. Instead it will start making lines and pushing the welcome screen up. And then when I scroll its just a bunch of [A}[B} code filling up the screen.

Any help?

Running Acer Chromebook 15 CB515 with Intel® Pentium(R) CPU N4200 @ 1.10GHz × 4 . with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

I have installed curl on this fresh install of ubuntu on a chromebook.

Well I guess Ubuntu 22.04 isnt supported. Downloading the 21.10 ISO now. Anyone know when pi-hole will work on 22.xx?

It's an OS issue. See this thread how to work around
