I have a recurring donation that I’d like to move to GitHub, however I don’t know how I can cancel it. I tried emailing donations@pi-hole.net but it does not seem to be a valid address and I couldn’t find anything in the website regarding existing donations.
Help would be appreciated.

Then, use the Message button.
If you don't see this button, maybe Dan disabled the messages temporarily.

I changed your level from "new user" to "basic" (this is usually automatically changed after you read a few different topics and posts, but apparently you didn't do that yet).
Please check again if you can send him a message.
