Blocking "g00" sub-domain ad serving

Has anyone noticed these sneaky bastards?

Check out the thread here Forcible /g00 adware insertion on newspaper websites · Issue #227 · uBlockOrigin/uAssets · GitHub

requests look like this

tu9srvbirvvtmjqkcnrilm9wzw54lm5lda00.g00.ottawacitizen.com
tu9srvbirvvtmjqkcgluzy5jagfydgjlyxqubmv0.g00.msn.com

Anyway to catch this in pi-hole?

Use wildcard block g00.msn.com and g00.ottawacitizen.com

These types of domains are observed on www.popsci.com and www.chicagotribune.com

It is used on literally thousands of sites. Not just those 2. They are examples. Check the link I posted.

I dont see any ads on the sites.

add a regex in blacklist GUI as follows, it blocked those sneaky ads for me:

((^)|(.))g00.
