When I update gravity I notice that it takes a very long time and a lot of the lists show up as unreachable. Would it be possible to remove the ones from the block-list that are bad links or have been taken down and are no longer usable to speed up the update.

There is actually a lot more but I dont want to spam too much here.
I don't think this is a problem best solved by a feature request to modify the software. For example, the fastly errors are not related to Pi-Hole. And, you still have the regex in your list of blocklists. You are throwing the kitchen sink of blocklists at your Pi-Hole.
Edit - this list in your adlists.list file is not a list of domains, but is a list of URL's - this is not compatible with Pi-Hole:

I would make a copy of your /etc/pihole/adlists.list, then revert to the original 7 blocklists that were offered on original install of your Pi-Hole. Then, add lists one at a time and stop when you cause a problem, and fix that. Continue until complete.

Also, please generate a debug log, upload it and post the token here so we can check your install for any other problems.
The debug log shows no problems other than your blocklist errors. At least these entries in your block list file are causing problems:

From the snippet above from your debug log, this does not appear to be the case.
So for some reason it wont let me delete it. I click the delete and it strikes it out like normal then when I save it is still there and it also wont let me disable that line.
The same mechanism that is preventing you from removing it should have prevented you to add it in the first place. You will have to ssh to your Pi-hole and edit the file /etc/pihole/adlists.list manually.
I get this when trying.
~ $ /etc/pihole/adlists.list
-bash: /etc/pihole/adlists.list: Permission denied
You will need to use a text editor, not try to execute the file.
Use, e.g., nano
sudo nano /etc/pihole/adlists.list

it worked. thanks as you can tell im very new to all of this. After updating everything seems to be working fine now.
