the system is working but i can see Adds on youtube why ? and is their any special configs ?

The ads are served from the same domains as the content, which makes them difficult to block using a domain blocker. There is no effective method for blocking them with Pi-hole only.

Browser based blockers operate differently and have some success.

How do I block ads on YouTube?

No, it is not. It's how the ads are pushed from Google/YouTube.
