Ads are still showing in "Free video chat online" (Android App) (NSFW)

I am using a program that does reverse tethering via USB. Its called gnirehtet and can be found at GitHub - Genymobile/gnirehtet: Gnirehtet provides reverse tethering for Android (A ZIP file that contains it, some batches to automate its starting and JStart can be found at Batch files, etc. to launch it hidden with the output redirected to a log file · Issue #7 · Genymobile/gnirehtet · GitHub). When running the mentioned app via that method and the Pi-hole specified as a custom DNS server via a command line parameter, the Google, etc. ads are still showing. I think there are some Doubleclick servers that aren't being blocked. Please let me know which ones its connecting to so I can block them.
