Everything appears to working now as before, traffic junky ads are not blocked on Chrome but are blocked Incognito which is normal behavior I believe?
This is not normal behavior if Chrome is using Pi-hole for DNS. I suspect you have DoH enabled in Chrome.
Go to chrome://flags/ and check the setting for Secure DNS Lookup. It should be disabled, or that browser will bypass Pi-hole DNS
This worked for Chrome on android but not for Chrome on Windows 10, had to reinstall Chrome as that flag was missing.
Is your problem now resolved?
Disabled secure DNS on Chrome but the Traffic Junky ads are only blocked on Android and not Windows 10.
