Adlists - number of domains does not match

Hi, update to Pi-hole v5.12 FTL v5.17 Web Interface v5.14.2 the other day. Looks like the number of domains on the Adlists does not match. The top says 1,000,0058 and in the Adlists tab, the number is 1,003,349, see below:
