Upon hitting the update Gravity button, I am faced with the following two errors
Adlist with ID 2 was inaccessible during last gravity run.
This is a new behaviour. Gravity has always been able to update without any issues. This is not a new install of PiHole. In fact it has been running without any issues for over 3+ years.
It is unable to update two sources:
Those two sources are no longer available – click them and you get Not Found. The Pi-hole error is letting you know that.
It's possible that it's a temporary anomaly with those sources and they will return, so you can keep them around for a short while and see what happens. But if they don't reappear then they're gone, and you'll need to find alternative sources and delete those from your Adlists to stop the error from appearing each time.

Not quite. 
It would be more accurate to say that Gravity has always been updated regularly without prominently notifying you about failed download attempts.
However, that information has always been logged to pihole_updateGravity.log and also has been available via its Adlists UI, but you'd had to actively look for any irregularities yourself.
That has changed with recent:
Get rid of the following and the errors will go away. These lists are either no longer available, or in the case of the last one - invalid. There are two that have 0 domains on them!

Good, in this case, is entirely subjective... What works for one person may not work for another.

Personally, I just use the default plus @lightswitch05's "Ads & Tracking" list from here: Developer Dan's Hosts
But that's just what works for me. YMMV
Edit: You'll probably find you don't need to add every single block list you ever come across - a lot of people seem to collect them like Pokemon - when in reality barely any of the domains on their blocklist are relevant. @yubiuser has a good tool for checking things out : GitHub - yubiuser/pihole_adlist_tool: A tool to analyse how your pihole adlists cover you browsing behavior
I was considering asking how easy it would be to have this capability in Pi-hole, to get a handle on what lists are really being referenced in normal use. This script is perfect, thanks @yubiuser.

This check for unavailable adlists was added in the most recent update, as described in the release notes.
The only NEW part is:
Pi-hole is now showing this error message on the web interface.
This error always happened for inaccessible lists, but the message was hidden in pihole_updateGravity.log and most users never knew when they had problems with some lists.
As pointed out by @jfb, you recently updated your pi-hole install.
Now, you are able to see when a list is inaccessible and decide what to do (example: remove unavailable lists).

I have run gravity before using the script and it says fully successful.
But the script keeps saying i have a issue 43 to 41
Also when i answer any of the questions it is just ignored!!!
