Add button to web UI of Teleporter import results

When having used Transporter import and the results are displayed, the only way to continue is the edit the url in addressbar of the browser.

It's more user friendly when a button is added in the result page which redirects to i.e. Dashboard.

Pi-hole version is v4.3.2-391-ge0b3405 (Latest: v4.3.2)
AdminLTE version is v4.3.2-360-g88da85f (Latest: v4.3.2)
FTL version is vDev-a90f14b (Latest: v4.3.1)

On my browser, the teleporter import opens in a new tab, and the original dashboard tab remains open. When the import is complete, I close the new tab.

Perhaps that is a browser setting on my specific browser.

Fix addressed issue in another PR' comment, where the settings page reloads every time the DHCP tab gets active. **How does this PR accomplish the above?:** Embedd an `iframe` in the Modal Dialog and load the `teleporter.php` into this iframe.
